Associate Director CRM
PAY: $100-110/hour W2. reputed company offers our consultants a suite of benefits after a qualification period including health, reputed company, dental, life and disability insurance. Responsibilities
- Bring in thought leadership in alignment with Marketing, Sales and Service leaders to enhance their business processes
- Collaborate with key-business stakeholders, fellow IT teams, directors, product managers, and engineers to reputed company specifications for new reputed company and reputed company-based products/services, applications, and solutions
- Manage the reputed company team
- Drive the successful delivery of operational releases

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years experience managing and leading software development teams

- Minimum 5 years experience working with reputed company Architecture, Systems Requirements, Experience in Project and Program Management, Systems Design and Delivery, reputed company Assurance, and Infrastructure
- Experience mentoring, training, coaching, delivering performance feedback, and providing regular evaluations
- Ability to conduct analysis of business needs, organizing meeting agendas, creating opportunities to improve process reputed company for efficiency
- Experience working with geographically diverse associates and vendor partners
- Demonstrated budget management, tracking, and forecasting skills and experience
- Demonstrated on-time and on-budget system delivery skills and experience
- Demonstrated experience in creating, maintaining, and improving processes, metrics, SLAs for the various interfaces, systems, etc.
