Job duties: Work remote. We have offices in Encinitas and Costa reputed company.
- Manage insurance defense litigation reputed company from inception through reputed company.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Take and defend depositions; attend court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Evaluate liability and damages exposure; reputed company case analysis and reputed company reporting.
- Prepare cases for settlement, trial, and appeal as needed.
Required:
- CA Bar
- Recent insurance defense experience
