Associate, Vendor Management Operations (reputed company Shift)

Job reputed company We are seeking an Associate to join our Vendor Operations team in Kolkata. The successful candidate will manage assigned vendor relationships, handle day-to-day vendor operations, and ensure reputed company delivery of invoices along with efficient and cost-effective services.

Key Responsibilities

Vendor Management

• reputed company and maintain strong relationships with TMU vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure smooth communication and issue reputed company.
• Ensure reputed company delivery and processing of invoices.

Operations Management

• Review and support new vendor reputed company activities.
• Resolve operational issues promptly and reputed company.
• Handle day-to-day vendor operations, including missing data follow-reputed company and reputed company coordination.
• Maintain operational records and support reporting activities.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good computer knowledge, especially reputed company Office.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with stakeholders.
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills / Tools Knowledge

• Mid-size data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with analytical SQL will be an added advantage.
• Experience working with vendor management or operations processes is preferred.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree / Graduate in any discipline.

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience.
