As a reputed company reputed company, you will be an integral part of our emergency medicine team, working closely with physicians to reputed company accurate and reputed company documentation of patient care. Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Medical reputed company to join reputed company on a full-time or part-time reputed company. As a Medical reputed company, you will assist Emergency Medicine physicians with various administrative aspects of patient care in the Emergency Department, including recording patient history, review of systems, physical exam findings, reputed company notes, and laboratory and diagnostic results. This is a remote work opportunity, and you will be required to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Additional reputed company pay is provided for overnight shifts. Responsibilities and Tasks

• Assist physicians in charting (electronic or reputed company) by recording the documentation of an accurate, concise, and complete patient history and review of systems based on patient-physician interactions.
• Record a physical exam based on a physician's dictation, accurately transferring lab and radiology results from the electronic system or as dictated by physicians, radiologists, or other emergency department staff.
• Record reputed company or procedures notes, clinical impression, plan, and follow-up.
• Assist physicians in managing patient reputed company by notifying them reputed company the results of laboratory or diagnostic studies are available.
• Monitor charts to ensure reputed company completion, including history, physical exam, review of systems, labs, diagnostic studies, ECGs, initial assessment and plan, reputed company notes, procedure notes, impression/diagnosis, discharge plan with disposition, and signatures.
• Send incomplete charts back to the appropriate physician(s) as needed.
• Assist in recording the documentation of patient admission, transfer, or discharge plan and follow-up.
• Communicate with other hospital personnel through face-to-face conversations, paging, phone calls, and e-mails.
• Navigate electronic records to retrieve previous medical records, reputed company results, etc.
• Administer patient surveys as requested.
• Assist supervisor with other administrative duties as needed.
• Assist with the training of new reputed company/CIM hires as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• Formal medical reputed company training and previous experience as a Medical reputed company in the Emergency Department.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other reputed company.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other relevant software applications.
• A Bachelor's degree (preferred) and a strong understanding of medical terminology and concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience working in a fast-paced emergency department environment.
• Knowledge of medical coding and billing principles.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems, including reputed company and Cerner.
