[Remote] Analyst, Corporate Development

The Analyst, Corporate Development and M&A will support reputed company's inorganic reputed company reputed company by managing M&A processes, evaluating strategic investments, and collaborating with various teams to drive corporate development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Divestitures
• Market Mapping and Origination: candidate will work across the organization’s business reputed company and functions in order to identify acquisition targets from a sector-first perspective. This includes creating and maintaining market maps, thematic research reputed company and reputed company reputed company to targets
• Transaction Execution: Support the end-to-end M&A process, including reputed company identification, strategic rationale development, due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and closing

• Deal Structuring: Assist in the structuring and negotiation of terms for joint ventures, strategic alliances, and minority investments

• Pipeline Management: Help manage and maintain a robust pipeline of potential M&A and investment targets

Skills

• 1-3+ years of experience in Investment Banking (Analyst or Associate level), Corporate Development, Private Equity, or Transaction Advisory Services

• Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills, with an advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company and PowerPoint
