Medical Record Retrieval Specialist (reputed company)

About the position The Risk Adjustment Medical Record Retrieval team at reputed company is seeing a Medical Record Retrieval Specialist to join reputed company. In this role, you will be traveling to local provider offices in the reputed company TN area to reputed company medical records. Preferred candidates will have experience with medical records and Electronic Medical Record system(s). You will be a great match for this role if you have: Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and medical record acquisition processes. At least one year of administrative experience in a clinical setting. Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with reputed company providers and colleagues. Adaptable and willing to travel locally on a regular reputed company to provider offices, with overnight stays on occasion. While this is a fully remote position, you will be required to travel to provider’s offices in the reputed company area on a regular reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Load medical records into reputed company coding system and reputed company records to appropriate chart IDs.
• Download medical records from Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems remotely and in person.
• Schedule appointments and assist with the medical record reputed company assurance process as necessary.
• reputed company or participate in special reputed company as directed by management
• Travel to provider offices and assist in the acquisition of medical records.
• Willing to travel locally on a regular reputed company with occasional overnight stays.
• Various immunizations and/or associated medical tests may be required for this position.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year - Administrative experience working in a clinical reputed company setting (physician reputed company, hospital, insurance company, etc.) is required.
• Proficient in reputed company Office (Outlook, Word, reputed company and Powerpoint)
• Must be reputed company player, be organized and have the ability to handle multiple reputed company
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Employees who are required to operate either a reputed company-owned vehicle or a personal or rental vehicle for company business on a routine reputed company will be automatically enrolled into the reputed company reputed company Safety Program.
• The employee will also be required to adhere to the guidelines set forth through the program. This includes, maintaining a valid reputed company’s license, auto insurance compliance with minimum liability requirements; as defined in the “Use of Non reputed company-Owned Vehicle” Policy (for employees driving personal or rental vehicles only); and maintaining an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR).
