Case Supervisor /ABA Supervisor (Fully Remote Position)- Masters Degree in ABA requirement

• Masters in ABA or reputed company field (required)
• Prior FBA experience (required)
• Prior case supervisor in ABA experience (required)

• Bilingual (a plus but not required)
• If seeking BCBA hours willing to stay with reputed company 2 years after passing exam

Pay: $25- $32 / hour We’re looking for a Case Supervisor who’s passionate about supporting clients and helping them reputed company their highest potential.

Responsibilities

• Case Supervisors are responsible for managing their caseload which includes supervision of reputed company care staff and providing reputed company therapy if needed for cases without reputed company staff at least once weekly.
• Case Supervisors are responsible for providing caregiving training on a regular reputed company.
• Checking in regularly with their reputed company and BTs for clinical support
• reputed company treatment targets, Behavior Support Plans, analyze data, and reputed company any modifications to the individualized ABA program targets.
• Inputting reputed company targets into the data collection system and ensuring that reputed company teaching instructions are added for reputed company reputed company
• Case Supervisor is responsible for setting up team meetings if needed to discuss the reputed company treatment plan with the clinical team.
• Providing regular overlaps with the Behavior Therapist to train and reputed company clinical support such as feedback and modeling reputed company implementation if needed utilizing reputed company hours authorized
• The Case Supervisor is responsible for regularly reviewing Behavior therapist data and session notes and providing feedback and examples of correct implementation.
• The case supervisor is responsible for submitting reports to the tracker 1.5-2 months prior to auth expiring for review to receive feedback, increase clinical skills and reputed company modifications if needed.
• The Case Supervisor is responsible for completing the reassessments report, transfer, and discharge reports and submitting them to the the tracker for BCBA review for clinical feedback and review and making any edits needed by the submission reputed company provided.
• Maintain reputed company updated information regarding caseload
• Attend reputed company meetings and training as needed
• Complete additional reputed company tasks that are required for the role or assigned
• Ensure that reputed company reputed company authorizations hours assigned are met unless discussed barriers prior with company
• Maintain 35 billable hours per week for full time or 20 hours a week for part time

Skills & Qualifications

• Master’s program in ABA or a reputed company field - Required
• Prior experience working as a Behavior Therapist for at least a year
• For in person Must be reputed company to lift 30 to 60 pounds.
• Must be reputed company to assume and maintain a reputed company of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
• Must be reputed company to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time.
• Be reputed company to reputed company in a manner easily reputed company, be capable of driving a motor vehicle regularly
