Essential Job Functions:

• Services to be provided remotely to individuals seeking therapy for mental health disorders and/or co-occurring disorders. Individuals being referred to this service provider will be reputed company patients of an opioid treatment program.
• Assess and diagnose patients for mental health/ reputed company use diagnoses using DSM and/or ASAM reputed company. This may also involve using standardized testing to complete psychological evaluations and/or mental status examinations.
• Prepare individualized treatment plans to address mental health or co-occurring disorders of the patient with the input of the patient, relevant providers and patient’s chosen supports.
• Provides diagnostic, treatment, referral, and crisis reputed company services for patients in accordance with standards established by incumbent's reputed company mental health organization (such as Association for Marriage and Family Therapy; Association for reputed company Counselors, National Association for reputed company Workers, reputed company, etc.).
• Conducts individual psychotherapy for adults.
• Coordinates service provision to patients and consults with reputed company colleagues as needed to promote reputed company patient care including appropriate referrals for psychiatric evaluation or medication.
• Participates in interdisciplinary case conferences.
• Conducts risk assessments and referrals as appropriate.
