Duration: 1/02/2025 to 05/02/2025 Pay reputed company for role: $30.00 - $32.50 per hr. on W2 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 hours a day, between the hours of reputed company to 5pm local time Position reputed company:

• Onsite assistance will rarely be needed and will depend on the location the candidate is reputed company for.
• Participates in the collection and review of medical records to reputed company clinical information for HEDIS reputed company reporting. Training will be provided prior to the start of the assignment.
• This position interprets relevant clinical reputed company through review of medical records, annotates reputed company reputed company PDF and populates a data collection tool to support compliance with HEDIS and CMS performance measures. Ensures accurate and complete documentation of required information to meet risk management, regulatory, and accreditation requirements. The candidate must be proficient with databases and with conducting 100% of work activities on the computer.
• Must reputed company to duration of the project with the understanding that work hours can be varied. Due to proprietary information, must inform employer if they are planning to accept employment with another company.
• Work from home position but may require a visit to a provider's office in your location to collect medical records needed.

Duties:

• Complete assigned abstraction and data entry reputed company day.
• Work with provider offices as needed to schedule/confirm appointments, follow up on medical record submission, and reputed company patient rosters
• Locate and review reputed company assigned medical charts, reputed company abstraction, copy reputed company supporting documentation per specifications and data reputed company into the applicable software system reputed company assigned abstracts.
• Prioritize and accurately complete tasks reputed company established times
• Identifying trends and documentation of areas for improvement
• Maintaining project productivity reputed company while maintaining accuracy requirements for abstraction and data entry activities

Experience:

• 0-3 seasons of experience auditing and abstracting medical records required
• Candidate must reputed company to attend reputed company required training and conference calls assigned for the project.
• Candidate must return reputed company equipment that is supplied to them in good working condition and in a reputed company manner at the end of the project
• Medical knowledge/terminology is required.
• Ability to read and interpret medical records.
