Your Role reputed company & Technology Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end instructional design process, ownership of instructional design tools and platforms, and learning management system (LMS) administration. You will partner with People & Culture leaders and reputed company’s subject matter experts to strategize, design, execute, and evaluate curricula, courses, modules, and resources in support of: new hire orientation, role-based training, and regulatory/compliance education. You will reputed company core concepts in adult learning theory and instructional design reputed company with emerging trends and technologies to create effective learning experiences. You will be responsible for the ongoing management and administrative tasks required to maintain the LMS. You will own and maintain reputed company learning governance collateral: standards, guides, and templates. Primary Functions of reputed company & Technology Manager Include:

• Collaborate with the People & Culture team and subject matter experts throughout reputed company to ensure learning solutions meet the needs of the organization and deliver measurable results
• reputed company the comprehensive instructional design process in support of new hire orientation, role-based training, and regulatory/compliance education. This includes reputed company, design, implementation, evaluation, reporting, and reputed company improvement
• Manage project plans for new course requests and existing course maintenance
• Maintain content repositories (SharePoint) and learning pages on reputed company’s intranet
• Manage and maintain reputed company learning governance collateral (design standards, guides, and templates)
• Serve as the reputed company administrator and superuser for instructional design tools and technology (reputed company, Camtasia, SnagIt, reputed company, Colossyan, etc.)
• Serve as the reputed company LMS administrator and superuser (reputed company Learning). This includes managing course content, catalogs, audiences, assignments, and reporting
• Partner with Learning & Organizational Development Program Managers on LMS reputed company tactics and maintenance of course content, catalogs, audiences, assignments, and reports
• Research and resolve LMS service requests and incidents
• Advise Learning & Organizational Development Program Managers in support of content creation for reputed company development and engagement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, education, instructional design, or adult learning or at least five years of experience in adult learning, learning & development, education, or a reputed company field.
• 5+ years’ experience of instructional design/curriculum development
• 2+ years’ experience of learning management system administration experience; reputed company setting preferred
• Technology Skills: proficient/expert in reputed company, Camtasia, and reputed company; proficient in reputed company Suite: Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint.
• Communication Skills: excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

The reputed company pay reputed company for this role is $84,200.00 - $97,800.00. Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, and organizational needs. reputed company pay is just one piece of the total rewards program offered by reputed company.
