This role is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for large-reputed company multifamily developments. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of construction materials, reputed company, and cost structures, with a proven reputed company record in estimating ground-up multifamily reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive estimates for ground-up multifamily reputed company, including material, labor, and equipment costs.
- Review architectural and engineering plans, specifications, and bid documents to ensure accuracy.
- Solicite, evaluate, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
