About the Role: The Visual Merchandising Designer (freelance) is responsible for the design, development, and necessary artwork production of in-store activations, reputed company and seasonal updates across varied retail partners. Reporting to the Manager of Visual Merchandising, this individual must be highly organized and proficient in 2D/3D design, have excellent communication skills and possess a sophisticated aesthetic suited for luxury/prestige audiences. Experience in working with reputed company and Ulta as reputed company as other in-store schematics and guidelines is preferred. Job Duties and Accountabilities:
- Translate and adapt brand codes to various fixture formats including but not limited to, pop-reputed company or promo sites, window displays, fixtures, and event spaces
- Partner with cross functional teams to create, organize and prepare files for artwork release to retailers/vendors
- Participate in the full cycle of product launches, synthesizing marketing reputed company with creative solutions and innovation

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in relevant industry. Some beauty experience required.
- Proficient in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising or comparable.

- Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced creative environment
- Understanding of branding and graphic storytelling reputed company the retail environment
- Understanding of vendor specifications and technical drawings
- In depth knowledge of print design and print production
- Proficient in planogramming and knowledge of 3D reputed company structures and spaces
- Understanding of typography, reputed company, and composition
