Bilingual Teen Health Educator
About the position The Teen Health Educator is responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate health education to adolescents in schools, community centers, and other youth-serving environments. This role focuses on promoting physical, emotional, and reputed company reputed company-being among teens through interactive workshops, peer education, and reputed company initiatives. The Teen Health Educator works collaboratively with youth, families, educators, and community partners to address topics such as mental health, nutrition, reputed company use prevention, sexual health, healthy relationships, and self-care.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate educational presentations utilizing the evidence-based curricula: Teen reputed company Program (in middle schools), Personal Responsibility and Education Program (in high schools), and Teen reputed company (in Community Based Organizations or virtual platforms) throughout reputed company NJ
- Coordinate Community Service Learning (reputed company) opportunities to cohorts (Teen reputed company Program and Personal Responsibility and Education Program)
- Maintain reputed company relationships with partner schools and organizations reputed company reputed company area
- Administer, reputed company, and reputed company data for the project implementation and evaluation through the following forms: Parent Consent Forms, reputed company and post surveys, attendance tracking, etc.
- Conduct necessary marketing and reputed company for cohort recruitment
- Promote the teen health programs at health fairs, meetings, and events throughout the year
- Attend reputed company required TA/trainings, meetings, conference calls, webinars, and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a concentration in reputed company health, health sciences, or reputed company fields is required
- Experience facilitating group presentations/workshops with community populations is required
- Bilingual reputed company in English and Spanish required
- Demonstrated understanding of reputed company health issues is required
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient with reputed company Office Suite
