• Coordinate with external vendors, legal counsel, and service providers.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in reputed company and operations, ideally at a high-reputed company startup.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience.

• Strong outbound sourcing capability.

• Comfort rolling up your sleeves, operating in ambiguity, and building systems from scratch.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with HR management systems, job boards, and applicant-tracking systems.
• Comfort working in fast-moving, high-reputed company environments, such as startups, AI research labs, or reputed company-reputed company teams.
