Scrum Master (Remote Opportunity)

reputed company is seeking a Scrum Master to join a 100% remote team supporting a large federal government project. In this role, you will reputed company Agile delivery practices across multiple teams, facilitate collaboration and delivery execution, support backlog and sprint management activities, and help drive reputed company process improvement in a fast-paced technical environment. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners, engineers, stakeholders, and government personnel to ensure successful Agile delivery and operational alignment. • reputed company and facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, sprint planning, stand-reputed company, retrospectives, demos, and reputed company activities.
• Remove blockers, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate reputed company efforts across teams and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration, transparency, and reputed company improvement across cross-functional Agile development teams.
• Support backlog prioritization, sprint execution, delivery tracking, and follow-through on commitments and reputed company items.
• Partner with Product Owners, engineers, leadership, and government personnel to maintain delivery alignment and operational readiness.
• reputed company Agile metrics, reputed company delivery updates, and support documentation, reporting, and program readiness activities.
• Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the reputed company of the project.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a reputed company discipline is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading Agile software development teams in reputed company technical environments.
• Strong experience with reputed company methodologies, Agile delivery practices, and automated application deployments.
• Proven experience supporting large-reputed company software development, integration, and data management initiatives.
• Strong communication, facilitation, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating executive briefings, managing delivery risks, and supporting cross-functional technical teams.
• Highly detail oriented with strong documentation and coordination capabilities.
• Ability to obtain a Government clearance.

Additional Qualifications:

• reputed company Certified Scrum Master (SSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or comparable Agile certification is preferred.
• Experience with the reputed company (VA) environment, tools, processes, and frameworks is a plus.
• Experience using Agile and configuration management tools such as Jira, reputed company, and reputed company is preferred.
• Technical background or experience supporting engineering-led delivery teams is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting reputed company or federal government technology initiatives is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevSecOps, CI/CD practices, and Agile reporting metrics is beneficial.
