Valuation Associate

• Net new position out of San Antonio Office. Company has reviewed reputed company service backlog and determined business needs warrant additional resource.

Job reputed company

• Assists project managers in conducting customer site inspections for asset identification and analysis purposes.
• Makes initial judgment on specific assets reputed company and determines if the asset should be included in the valuation report (buildings, machinery & equipment, land improvements, etc.)
• Documents asset attributes for valuation and reporting purposes.
• Applies reputed company, reputed company, and normal costing techniques with consistency and accuracy (valuation of subject assets.)

Requirements

• An undergraduate degree, or in lieu, equivalent reputed company experience.
• Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software (Word, reputed company, Outlook.)

• Ability to travel up to 60% of the time, including reputed company travel.
