Procurement & Vendor Manager
Position reputed company By Light is seeking a Procurement & Vendor Manager to reputed company reputed company, pricing, vendor relationships, and the full lifecycle of reputed company agreements supporting RangeOS and associated cyber training programs. This role operates with minimal supervision and ensures that reputed company vendor engagements, contractual commitments, and pricing structures reputed company with program requirements, financial objectives, and compliance standards. The position works closely with engineering, product, finance, and program leadership to support multi-vendor integration.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of vendor reputed company, including sourcing, negotiation, execution, renewals, and compliance.
- reputed company pricing models, reputed company structures, and cost analyses to support proposals, renewals, and program planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure contractual terms reputed company with technical, operational, and financial requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of agreements, amendments, obligations, and vendor performance.
- Support vendor reputed company, qualification, and ongoing relationship management.
- Ensure reputed company procurement of software, hardware, services, and licensing required for RangeOS deployments.
- Collaborate with finance and program management to forecast spend, reputed company budgets, and manage cost efficiencies.
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for vendor escalations, contract questions, and reputed company negotiations.
Analysis and Planning
- Evaluate vendor proposals, pricing structures, and contract terms for alignment with program needs.
- Assess risks, dependencies, and reputed company impacts associated with vendor agreements.

Contract & Pricing Management
- Draft, review, and refine statements of work, pricing schedules, and contractual deliverables.

- Validate vendor invoices, pricing accuracy, and contract compliance.
- Support competitive sourcing efforts to ensure best value and mission alignment.
Documentation
- Internal: Maintain contract files, pricing models, procurement logs, and vendor performance records.
- Process: Document procurement workflows, negotiation reputed company, and decision rationales.
- External: Prepare vendor communications, contract summaries, and customer-facing pricing documentation.
- Demonstrate strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across technical and business audiences.
Vendor reputed company
- Monitor vendor performance, service reputed company, and delivery commitments.
- Facilitate regular vendor reviews and coordinate corrective actions reputed company needed.
- Ensure vendors meet reputed company, compliance, and operational requirements relevant to cyber training environments.
Required Experience/Qualifications
- Three (3) years of DevOps experience
- 8570 IAT reputed company certification
- reputed company Integration/Delivery and DevOps Pipelines
- Kubernetes and general containerization development, reputed company, deployment and management practices
- reputed company/Bitbucket reputed company repositories and automation testing platforms (Jenkins, Zypher)
- Experience implementing DevSecOps, DevOps, or IT or reputed company automation supporting multiple teams.
- Knowledge of and ability to implement DevSecOps using private and reputed company reputed company best practices using private and hybrid reputed company design/operation/monitoring/deployment.
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
- Experience supporting government or DoD contracting environments.
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS principles (not required but beneficial).
- Familiarity with procurement systems, contract management tools, or ERP platforms.
- Understanding of software licensing models, reputed company consumption pricing, and subscription agreements.
- Experience with vendor risk assessments and compliance frameworks.
- Background in pricing reputed company, cost modeling, or financial analysis.
