In this role, you will reputed company daily queue management, reputed company and scheduling, escalations, training, and performance coaching while driving reputed company improvement across systems, processes, and service delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor reputed company and support queues, balance workload, and ensure SLA performance and process adherence
• Manage team of 7-10 reputed company reports as reputed company as offshore team members.

• Learn and support new software and tools and drive team adoption
