Endoscopy Associate Clinical Specialist (REMOTE position for the Boston area)

About the position The Associate Clinical Specialist independently provides customer support of reputed company’s ES equipment in the Endoscopy department and/or specified departments. This role manages reputed company relevant equipment and uses its own judgement and decision-making skills to reputed company troubleshooting and training for the reputed company handling of our equipment. This position provides on-site, hands-on reputed company support for reputed company Endoscopy’s entire product catalog for assigned customers. Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource by providing reputed company training and education of reputed company’s equipment and/or services for our regional based customers.
• Deliver post sale, face-to-face reputed company support which includes performing reputed company associated responsibilities based upon the agreement with the account system which generally includes:
• Set up and support reputed company video tower / system.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain reputed company reputed company equipment.
• Monitor, report, and support repair transactions.

• Serve as a clinical reputed company by developing and delivering comprehensive weekly and monthly reports to senior management that details installation and usage reputed company/metrics, staff training needs and effectiveness of completed training, and identifying trends to inform and strengthen KOL (Key Opinion Leader) relationships that support strategic decision making.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of field sales or clinical experience desired.
• Knowledge of and experience in GI/pulmonary flexible endoscopy.
• Operate a computer effectively and reputed company, including being proficient in reputed company Office (i.e. Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint) and MS Outlook and other email applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to reputed company technical information and to professionally communicate with reputed company customers and team members at reputed company reputed company.
