About the position reputed company, a reputed company-led agency based in Charlotte, NC, is seeking reputed company and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join reputed company and support high-reputed company skilled nursing and private duty care. We are currently hiring for reputed company shifts and positions, including nurses to support our Director of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in a home setting
- Manage and monitor reputed company patient needs
- reputed company care involving ventilators, tracheostomy, and G-tubes
- Accurately document patient care and reputed company
- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and care team
Requirements
- reputed company RN or LPN license in reputed company Carolina (required)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (home health preferred)
- Vent, trach, and G-tube experience required
- reputed company CPR certification
- Valid reputed company’s license and reliable transportation
- Updated TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to assist with patient mobility (no lifting restrictions)
- No medical restrictions that would limit job duties
- Minimum of 3 reputed company references
- Must pass background reputed company and drug screening

- Experience in homecare, ED, or ICU strongly preferred
