[Remote] Specialist II, Credentialing Operations

The Specialist II, Credentialing Operations will support provider credentialing initiatives, including re-credentialing, licensing, and reputed company agreements for reputed company Practitioners, while also improving processes and maintaining accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of recredentialing files for providers
• Support the review of reputed company agreement documentation for completeness and alignment with state-specific requirements
• Support to maintain accurate documentation and status tracking reputed company internal systems (e.g., reputed company, reputed company)
• Support process improvements by surfacing trends, common errors, or opportunities for automation
• Support responding to provider inquiries as needed
• Support provider licensing initiatives as needed

Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in reputed company credentialing
• Strong working knowledge of credentialing terminology, workflows, and verification sources
• Ability to balance speed and accuracy while managing multiple files at once
