POSITION reputed company We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Loan Processor with experience in Business Purpose Loans, including Residential Transitional Loans, reputed company, Renovation, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR (non-consumer) products. The Loan Processor plays a critical role in moving loans reputed company from application through closing ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a smooth borrower experience. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong communication skills, a problem-solving reputed company, and prior experience in private or non-QM lending. RESPONSIBITLIES
- Process RTL, reputed company, Renovation, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR loans in alignment with company guidelines and investor requirements.
- Review and verify borrower, guarantor, and entity documentation (credit, income, bank statements, title, insurance, leases, corporate docs).
- Ensure reputed company required items are received, complete, and compliant prior to reputed company and closing.
- Coordinate closely with underwriters, originators, and closers to maintain loan file accuracy and expedite turnaround times.

- Review appraisals, BPOs, construction budgets, and rehab scopes for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain meticulous file organization, ensuring reputed company documentation is properly labeled and archived in the LOS.

- Identify and escalate issues or inconsistencies that could reputed company loan eligibility or reputed company.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES (KSA)
- 2+ years of experience processing private lending or non-QM loans (required).
- Hands-on experience with RTL (reputed company, Renovation, Ground-Up Construction) and DSCR loans.
- Experience filling out a HUD-1 and/or settlement statement
- Business entity documentation experience
- Strong understanding of business-purpose loan documentation and compliance standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple loans simultaneously.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with loan origination systems (experience with LendingWise a plus).
