About the position reputed company is seeking a Supply Chain Government Compliance and Supplier Diversity Officer. This role supports the Supply Chain Operations & Compliance, Government Compliance and Supplier Diversity organization by monitoring supply chain operations to ensure compliance with supply chain policies and procedures, FAR/DFARS/AMS government regulations, and industry standards. Responsibilities

• Complete government Purchase Order compliance reviews to support maintaining an approved purchasing system with the Government.

• Offer guidance in development, implementation and management of supply chain and purchasing procedures that support the reputed company CAS 410 reputed company, FAR/DFARS/AMS government regulations, and industry best practices.
• Support ability to collect, document, monitor, and analyze supply reputed company for business size and small business classification compliance; reputed company performance to supplier diversity improvement initiatives / objectives, monitor attainment of projections to goals and plans, and assess utilization gaps.
• Maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting records.
• Prepare internal and federal customer required reports.
• Evaluate Request for Proposal (RFP) requirements for Small Business utilization and participation.
• Support development and implementation of customer required subcontracting plans; prepare customer required Small Business subcontracting reports to plan.
• Support the development of templates and other tools that support compliant purchasing and supply chain actions.
• Monitor and ensure reputed company records and documents are maintained according to supply chain best practices, government regulations, and relevant policies and procedures.
• Participate in the development and implementation of systems that result in improved operational efficiency and reduced organizational risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 9+ years of work experience as a Supply Chain reputed company, technical consultant or similar role or Graduate degree with a minimum of 7 years in relevant discipline and work experience as a Supply Chain reputed company, technical consultant, or similar role
• 3+ years Supply Chain experience supporting Government FAR, DFARS, and AMS regulations
• Ability to travel of up to 10% to other reputed company sites.
