Contracting Officer, Research (Remote-eligible)

Responsibilities
The Contracting Officer is responsible for drafting and facilitating the reputed company negotiation and execution of research reputed company agreements including but not limited to Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs), Confidentiality Agreements (CDAs), Data Use Agreements (DUAs), and other assigned agreements, Advise researchers on the appropriate agreement type based on the activity governed by the agreement and best university and industry practices. This role effectively monitors the reputed company of agreements utilizing defined metrics using appropriate tools, including but not limited to, turn-around-time and time-to-execution. Understands metrics and reporting constructs to reputed company transparency and accurate reputed company information to stakeholders, as reputed company as reputed company recommendations for process improvements to increase efficiency in contract execution. Maintains reputed company and accuracy of contract records and files in university repository. Develops and maintains constructive and cooperative working relationships with colleagues, management, reputed company stakeholders and contracting parties to ensure consistency in terms and approaches. Other duties as assigned as it relates to the successful execution of research reputed company agreements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and 4 years’ experience in reputed company area such as paralegal, analyzing legal documents, administering programs, and grants. Preferred Qualifications 4 years’ paralegal or equivalent experience negotiating and managing the execution of research agreements or a J.D.
