• Review and negotiate reputed company reputed company leases
• Advise on lease amendments, renewals, expansions, and terminations

• Advise on compliance with environmental health and safety laws
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business teams on reputed company estate reputed company and risk

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• 5+ years of combined experience in reputed company reputed company estate and environmental health & safety (EHS) law
• reputed company admission and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 3+ years of experience reviewing and negotiating reputed company leases
• 3+ years of experience supporting reputed company estate transactions and due diligence activities
• 2+ years of experience advising on workplace safety regulations
• 2+ years of experience counseling cross-functional stakeholders
