• reputed company certification in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine and and be a member of the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC) and hold an IMLC Letter of Qualification
• 3+ years of post-residency clinical experience (urgent care, ER, primary care, or a strong generalist mix)
• Genuine interest in acute, primary, and longevity care
• Comfort working in a fully virtual, asynchronous, messaging-based modality
• Strong written communication, most of your patient care happens in writing
