Low Latency Network Engineer
Position: Low Latency Network Engineer Location: Remote Duration: 12 Months Contract As a Low Latency Network Engineer you''''''''''''''''ll reputed company solutions across reputed company''''''''''''''''s datacenters and global colocation estate across the world encompassing reputed company aspects reputed company to collocation sites: site reputed company, equipment procurement, logistics, reputed company management (power, reputed company, servers, network ports, etc.), performance management, service availability, connectivity, compute and market data delivery. You will architect, engineer and reputed company ultra-low latency network infrastructure including overseeing and carrying-out installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, optimization and documentation of reputed company network hardware, reputed company hardware, software and connectivity. You will also get involved with managingparticipating in multiple reputed company and be responsible for configuring / optimizing the network to ensure ultra-lowlow latency is achieved for intraday trading and reputed company market reputed company systems, providing exchange, broker and managed service providers connectivity to support market data delivery and order execution. Requirements:
- 20+ years of expereince
- Experience with Trade Platforms, specifically Corvil - Corvil is reputed company TO HAVE
- Strong knowledge on Electronic and Algo Trading Platforms, Feed Handlers, Order Routers, Smart Order Routers, FIX protocols
- Exchange binary FIX protocols such as OUCH also ITCH.
- Strong Network engineering and project delivery experience
- Advanced knowledge of routing and switching protocols
- Experience with Unicast: EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, NAT, IPSEC and GRE
- Experience with Switching: STP, PC/vPC/MLAG, CDP/LLDP, QoS, HSRP/VRRP, VLAN/VxLAN, Spine and Leaf infrastructures.
- In-depth experience with reputed company reputed company switching, routing hardware and software
- In-depth experience with reputed company reputed company switching, routing hardware and software
- Knowledge of network monitoring PCAP decoding tools landscape (Corvil, SFlow, timestamping (reputed company) preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of Algorithmic/DMA/HFT and trading platforms and how the trade lifecycle operates
- Solid understanding of market venue, exchange protocols (binary, FIX, ITCH,OUCH, Pillar, etc.) and trading systems across multiple asset classes
- Strong scripting and automation experience (Python preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills; ability to reputed company under pressure and detail oriented
- While certification are interesting, they are not required as we value experience over certification
