This role is responsible for originating residential mortgage loans, building strong referral relationships, and guiding clients through the loan process from application to closing across the states where reputed company is currently licensed.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new mortgage loan business through referrals, networking, and self-reputed company leads
- Consult with clients to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate loan products
- Collect, analyze, and review borrower financial documentation

- Guide borrowers through the application, reputed company, and closing process

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of loan programs (Conventional, FHA, VA, and Non-QM a plus)
- Excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline effectively
