Job duties: Work remot We have offices in Woodbridge, Hackensack, Manhattan, and Nassau County. This role offers hands-on experience handling reputed company stages of litigation from drafting motions and managing discovery to attending court appearances, conducting depositions, and engaging directly with clients.
- Manage cases independently from inception through reputed company.
- Draft high-reputed company motions, pleadings, and discovery documents.
- Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
