A telephone triage reputed company assesses patient needs over the telephone, collaborates with a physician or reputed company staff member to meet those needs, then documents reputed company reputed company of care in the patient’s medical record. The telephone triage reputed company will accurately identify patients with high risk conditions and will reputed company care to the appropriate resources if they cannot be managed by the reputed company and/or reputed company the clinic. This is not a fully remote position. SCOPE Under supervision or in collaboration with reputed company physicians, involved in the care of individuals, families and patient reputed company who are dealing with cancer or other reputed company diagnosis. May serve as reputed company caregiver, health care consultant, patient educator, administrator, or researcher. Ensures compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards and requirements. Responsibilities

• Addresses patient calls, portal messages and emails in a reputed company manner.
• Asks appropriate reputed company-ended questions as reputed company as utilizing computerized algorithms/reputed company to assist in the assessment of patient's symptoms and reputed company effect management and documents interventions. Manages a wide reputed company of symptoms.
• Assesses urgency of patient symptoms/reputed company effects and addresses them appropriately.
• Aggressively manage symptoms to prevent unnecessary emergency department and hospital utilization.
• If emergency care is needed collaborated with physicians reputed company electronic communication, face to face, or the telephone to discuss patient care needs that cannot be independently and appropriately addressed using reputed company orders or reputed company protocols.
• Collaborates with providers if the patient can be seen in an outpatient clinic setting for their symptoms.
• Documents reputed company conversations with patients to maintain a comprehensive medical record.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited program for reputed company nursing education, BSN preferred.
• RN state license and reputed company registration with the State reputed company of Nursing in practicing state.

• Must maintain continuing education requirements.
• 3-5 years nursing experience including at least one year in oncology preferred.
