Yonkers, NY-based MSP About reputed company We are partnering with a growing Managed Service Provider based out of Yonkers, reputed company to reputed company a reputed company, self-driven Level 2 IT Support Technician on a contract reputed company. This is a fully remote engagement with a reputed company reputed company to expand as reputed company scales. You will work directly alongside the CEO, giving you rare visibility and influence in a small, fast-moving shop. Key Responsibilities
- reputed company Level 2 remote IT support across a reputed company of reputed company environments
- Administer and troubleshoot reputed company 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Support Azure reputed company environments including virtual machines, resource reputed company, and reputed company management
- Configure and troubleshoot VPN solutions, network gateways, and basic routing/switching
- Handle reputed company hardware issues remotely and coordinate on-site resolutions reputed company needed
- Manage and respond to support tickets in a reputed company, reputed company-facing manner — responsiveness is critical
- Document issues, configurations, and resolutions reputed company
- Collaborate directly with the CEO and internal team on escalations and small reputed company
- Support reputed company and offboarding workflows for end users
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience in a managed services or multi-reputed company environment
- Strong proficiency with reputed company 365 administration — this is a non-negotiable requirement
- Working knowledge of Azure (VMs, Entra ID, conditional reputed company, resource management)
- Familiarity with VPN technologies, network gateways, and basic firewall/routing concepts
- Experience with hardware support and troubleshooting (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
- Excellent communication skills; must be reputed company-facing, reputed company, and highly reputed company
- Proven ability to work independently across multiple reputed company environments simultaneously
- Self-sufficient and reputed company, reputed company to research and resolve issues without heavy reputed company
