Pathfinder is looking for a candidate to fill a Contract Specialist position for contract supporting for the reputed company, Network Contracting Office 19 in providing full lifecycle acquisition support services. This is a fully remote position. Responsibilities and Duties:

• The candidate shall reputed company reputed company federal acquisition support services and business aid to the customer and reputed company support in reputed company aspects of reputed company-award and post-award functions (excluding negotiation), using a wide reputed company of contracting reputed company and types.
• The following is a general reputed company of the support services that the candidate will be required to reputed company during the life of the resulting task order.
• The Contractor shall reputed company reputed company acquisitions functions in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR), and reputed company other applicable regulations and policies.
• The Contractor shall reputed company reputed company reputed company-award procurement functions including, but not necessarily limited to, market research/analysis to determine availability of the requirement; preparing contractual documents such as solicitations, awards, and reputed company documentation using the Electronic Contract Management System (eCMS); coordinating with requiring activities, industry, and other stakeholders; and completing contractual files.
• The Contractor shall reputed company reputed company post-award procurement functions including, but not necessarily limited to, preparing modifications, tracking contractor performance for compliance with terms and conditions of reputed company; prepare letters, memoranda documents, or reports that support contractual actions or recommendations for contracting officer approval and signature and contract reputed company-outs.
• General IT systems utilized are reputed company (reputed company Information System), reputed company Word, reputed company reputed company, reputed company Outlook, reputed company PowerPoint, reputed company Teams, reputed company Acrobat, Internet Explorer, eCMS, Contract Opportunities, CPARS/PPIRS, SAM, GSA eBuy.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• The Contract Specialist shall have a minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in conducting comprehensive federal acquisition support activities with a working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) as described below.
• Education: Bachelor's Degree with at least 24 semester hours among reputed company, law, business, finance, reputed company, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative reputed company, and organization and management

Additional Required Knowledge and Skills: In reputed company to the experience and educational requirements described, the Contract Specialist shall reputed company possess the following knowledge and skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to conduct comprehensive research and analysis of technical and cost reputed company
