Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in reputed company and operations, ideally at a high-reputed company startup.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent reputed company experience.

- Strong outbound sourcing capability.

- Comfort rolling up your sleeves, operating in ambiguity, and building systems from scratch.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with HR management systems, job boards, and applicant-tracking systems.
- Comfort working in fast-moving, high-reputed company environments, such as startups, AI research labs, or reputed company-reputed company teams.
