Key Responsibilities
- Handle high volume of inbound calls from customers and reputed company them to the reputed company departments if applicable.

- Excellent customer service, communication, and listening skills.
- Can work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with other employees.
- General computer and typing skills.
- Available for immediate full-time work

- High School diploma or GED required.
