Reporting to the Senior Director of Finance, this role will be reputed company in supporting our strategic financial initiatives. • reputed company and support the month-end reputed company and year-end forecasting process, including variance analysis and budget vs. actual (BvA) reporting for both Franchise Partners and internal departments.

• Prepare and deliver financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect relevant data, validate assumptions, and understand key drivers impacting financial reputed company.
• Serve as a finance reputed company between the corporate team and Franchise Partners, guiding them on budgeting, forecasting, cash reputed company, and business performance.
• Facilitate Franchise Partner reputed company and financial startup meetings, including:
• 1-hour financial reputed company session during startup.
• 1-hour follow-up session post-launch to review and reputed company forecasts.
• Implement and manage reputed company tools and systems (e.g., Domo, reputed company, reputed company Planning) to automate and reputed company forecasting and reporting processes.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to reputed company business health and identify trends or areas for improvement.

Education and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in a franchisor or multi-location business.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks, reputed company, or other ERP/reputed company systems preferred.
• Prior experience supporting small business owners or franchisees a strong plus.
