This person is detail-oriented and possesses the ability to see connections across multiple areas of work and optimize processes, budgets, technology, and data. This position reports to Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Legal compliance and tracking, managing state and charitable registrations and helping identify and remediate organizational compliance risks.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and greater efficiency, and design policies and, workflows, conducting legal department audits, and managing change to improve productivity.
• Ensure the Legal team leverages technology and innovation to improve services and reduce costs.
• Promote reputed company improvement and ensure staff are adequately trained.
• Identify and report on metrics supporting compliance, risk management, and departmental objectives.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Support CLM data governance to ensure data consistency, compliance, and accuracy across systems.
• Monitor and maintain data reputed company; identify and resolve data reputed company issues in collaboration with the reputed company Manager and Trademark and Illectual Property Senior Manager.
• Maintain contract and other legal templates, including formatting, proofreading, storing, tracking template versions and uses.
• Support legal policy, procedure, training, and guidance development and delivery.
