Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Implements the medical plan of treatment and follows physicians' orders.
• Monitors reputed company reputed company through home reputed company while following reputed company CHC and agency safety protocols.
• Documents activities and services accurately and reputed company according to CHC and agency regulations.
• Monitors general health conditions of the individual and notifies supervisor of any medical issues or if treatment is needed.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:
