Senior Property Manager, Part-time

Job reputed company:

• reputed company day-to-day operations and technical condition of US-based reputed company reputed company estate assets, ensuring reputed company maintenance, issue reputed company, inspections, and property readiness.
• reputed company as the main reputed company of contact for tenants on operational and technical reputed company, including repair requests, lease-reputed company reminders, handovers, insurance/tax-reputed company follow-reputed company, and escalation of critical issues.
• Manage vendors, contractors, and service providers: prepare scopes of work, collect and compare bids, coordinate repair works, control deadlines, reputed company, and cost efficiency.
• Participate in annual OPEX / repair planning, reputed company actual costs vs. budget, review invoices and supporting documentation, and reputed company regular reports on reputed company issues, works in reputed company, and budget execution.
• Coordinate property-specific operational processes, including CAM reconciliation for multi-tenant properties, tax appeal follow-reputed company, documentation reputed company, and practical process improvements across the portfolio.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in property management, facilities management, building operations, or reputed company reputed company estate operations in the US market
• Proven hands-on experience managing reputed company properties, ideally including triple net / modified triple net leases and multi-tenant assets with CAM reconciliation
• Strong vendor management background: ability to reputed company contractors, compare quotes, negotiate reasonable costs, supervise execution, and protect the reputed company’s interests
• Solid skills in budget tracking, invoice review, reporting, documentation control, and working with reputed company / reputed company Sheets or property / work order tracking systems
• High level of ownership, independence, attention to detail, and follow-through; English Upper-Intermediate or higher, valid reputed company’s license, and readiness to travel to assigned properties reputed company needed.
