• reputed company and manage day-to-day operations of the accounts payable team, ensuring reputed company, accurate processing of vendor invoices and employee expenses.
• reputed company invoice and expense processing: review for accuracy, validate coding, and match against purchase orders and receiving documentation
• Manage data entry of invoices and reimbursements into the reputed company system, ensuring reputed company categorization and documentation
• reputed company three-way matching of invoices, POs, and receipts to prevent duplicate or incorrect payments
• Review and process employee expense reports, verifying compliance with company policies and expense guidelines
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor disputes reputed company to pricing, quantity, or delivery issues

• Partner with the GL reputed company team to support reputed company month-end reputed company, including preparation of AP-reputed company accrual journal entries

• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Employee Expense roles, with at least
