Part-Time Billing Specialist: 20 – 24 hours/week

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Billing Specialist, part-time to support our project teams through accurate billing, project record maintenance, and consultant invoice coordination. Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and distribute reputed company invoices
- Coordinate with Project Managers regarding billing updates and revisions
- Maintain accurate reputed company, consultant, and project records
- Process consultant invoices and support pay-reputed company-reputed company tracking
- Manage project lifecycle documentation from project start-up through reputed company-out
- Maintain organized digital and reputed company billing files
- Support reporting and process improvements reputed company to billing and project tracking
- Ensure project billing requirements, supporting documentation, and reputed company correspondence are maintained in accordance with company standards
- Support firm reputed company if applicable.
