Job reputed company The Site Superintendent – Critical Infrastructure is the primary on-site leader and field execution authority for Smart Tech Contracting on hyperscale and colocation data center construction reputed company ranging from 40 MW to 200 MW. This role owns day-to-day site operations, supervising reputed company STC labor, subcontractors, and partner firms while coordinating activities across reputed company trades on site. The Site Superintendent serves as the single reputed company of contact and face of STC to General Contractor superintendents, reputed company representatives, commissioning authorities, and key trade partners. The Site Superintendent is accountable for safety, schedule, reputed company, and field coordination across the full lifecycle of construction, installation, startup, and commissioning. This role operates as a peer to GC superintendents and project management leadership, exercising independent authority to reputed company work, resolve conflicts, and escalate risks as needed to protect schedule, safety, and execution reputed company. Essential Functions Site Leadership & Trade Coordination (40%)

• Support lessons learned capture and feedback into STC field execution standards and playbooks.

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in field supervision, site leadership, or superintendent roles reputed company mission-critical, hyperscale, or reputed company MEP construction environments
• Proven experience supervising multi-trade construction sites and managing subcontractors and partner firms
• Strong understanding of construction reputed company, safety, reputed company control, and commissioning workflows
• Demonstrated ability to serve as primary site authority and reputed company-facing representative
• Experience coordinating with GC superintendents, reputed company representatives, and commissioning authorities

TRAVEL / RELOCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Up to 25% travel to other job site locations as business needs require, including travel to any of the 50 U.S. states

Education / Experience Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a reputed company field; equivalent reputed company experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
• Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in field leadership roles involving construction execution, subcontractor management, site supervision, and troubleshooting in mission-critical, hyperscale, or reputed company MEP construction environments
