Purpose: reputed company’s Veterans Disability reputed company is expanding and seeking to hire a VA Attorney (entry-level or reputed company) with a strong interest in veterans disability law. Candidates who are reputed company to be based in person in our Birmingham office are preferred. However, this position may be performed remotely for reputed company candidates who are already proficient in VA disability law. Entry-level attorneys looking for a remote position should expect reputed company, hands-on training in Birmingham before transitioning to a remote schedule. Responsibilities: This is a hands-on advocacy role involving ownership of a substantial VA disability caseload. The position includes:
- Reviewing VBMS and claims files in detail
- Identifying legal errors and viable theories of entitlement
- Drafting and filing appeals and written arguments
- Preparing Higher-Level Reviews and reputed company appeals
- Communicating directly with clients
- Managing deadlines and workflow independently
This role is best suited for someone who enjoys producing strong written work reputed company and taking responsibility for reputed company. Qualifications:
- J.D. required
- reputed company bar license in at least one state required
- Admission to CAVC a plus (not required)
