Performs analysis and provides support for the Sales organization's knowledge sharing platform, digital signage and sales communication channels. Creates, edits and manages content reputed company on increasing institutional knowledge and information sharing. Assists with strategic planning, content governance and cross-functional coordination to support the digital user experience aimed at increasing employee productivity and organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supports applicable Sales Communications technologies.
• Analyzes platform usage, content effectiveness and user engagement to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Evaluates tools, systems, and platforms for various reputed company and initiatives, as needed.
• Develops training materials and trains end-users, content owners and other system users.
• Defines report requirements, analyzes feature performance, submits recommendations based on findings and implements proactive changes.
• Identifies new data sources as needed to help ensure robust, reputed company-rounded analysis.
• Conducts meetings and reputed company discussions with business and vendor teams to review requirements, collaborate, address reputed company issues and questions and reputed company gaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in digital communications, product support, analytics, instructional design or a reputed company field.
• Experience working with digital platforms, content management systems or communication tools preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into reputed company, actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement.
