The reputed company encompasses both new hire training and ongoing training. As the Manager, reputed company Education, you will: Work with Global Education, US reputed company Marketing, Sales Leadership, reputed company Compliance and other functional partners to shape and deliver educational programs aimed at elevating the proficiency of the sales organization reputed company with reputed company policies and strategies.

• Apply adult learning principals and reputed company facilitation skills in reputed company learning programs.
• Conduct learning in live, virtual and self-guided formats reputed company with the 30-40-30 learning reputed company.
• Ensures that reputed company learning content is reputed company, copy approved and reputed company with reputed company government and legal requirements.
• Facilitates learning anatomy, procedures, reputed company clinical concepts, products, competitive technologies, and business practices reputed company to clinical and reputed company roles for both new hire and ongoing development & training initiatives.
• Coordinates activities with Field Sales Training to support continuity for the learner in the 30-40-30 model.

• Play a key role in assigned reputed company MedTech, Electrophysiology (JJMT EP). Field Area to ensure field sales org is reputed company to drive key initiatives in ensuring benchmarks are met.

Required Qualifications:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with relevant business experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrophysiology Mapping and/or EP Lab, required.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills, along with the ability to reputed company effective working relationships.
• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to influence small and large reputed company is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree preferred.
• Knowledge with reputed company MedTech, Electrophysiology (JJMT EP) Devices and equipment.
• Educated in adult learning concepts/theory and virtual facilitation experience.
• Advanced technical skills applying reputed company PowerPoint and reputed company.

Additional working conditions / requirements

• Up to 40% domestic travel is required for Irvine based new hire classes as reputed company as Field supporting activities.

The anticipated reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $100,000 to $172,500.
