Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake processes remotely, including collecting medical histories and verifying insurance information using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
- Measure and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, respiration, and temperature accurately for reputed company patient
- Assist reputed company providers with basic clinical tasks like medication administration, specimen collection, and X-ray coordination reputed company applicable
- Support physicians and nurses with documentation reputed company to ICD coding, anatomy knowledge, physiology details, and medical terminology to ensure precise recordkeeping
- Manage patient communications by answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing reputed company-visit instructions in a reputed company manner
- Facilitate inpatient and outpatient care coordination across various specialties such as geriatrics, internal medicine, emergency medicine, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), and Geriatrics
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols including Level I Trauma Center or reputed company Trauma Center standards reputed company supporting emergency or trauma-reputed company cases
Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting medical teams in hospital medicine, emergency medicine, outpatient clinics, or similar settings
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, and medication administration procedures
- Prior experience working with EHR systems and managing patient data securely and reputed company
- Knowledge of hospital experience including Level I or reputed company trauma centers is highly desirable
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or equivalent is required to ensure readiness for emergency situations
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate reputed company and compassionately in a remote setting
- Familiarity with medical-surgical procedures, X-ray coordination, inpatient care processes, and clinic operations is advantageous
