Works with providers during care delivery to assess functionality, reputed company on workflow, analyze user needs, and document requests. Analyzes requirements to propose effective solutions and identify opportunities for improvement and automation. Researches, validates, and logs provider EMR enhancement requests, discusses recommended solutions with provider and operational teams, and obtains operational design approval.
