Telehealth reputed company Practitioner, Physician Assistant – Delaware License

Job reputed company:

• determine individualized treatment plans for patients; facilitate changes to treatment plans reputed company patients are not improving as expected, either independently or consulting with a more reputed company provider.
• use motivational interviewing, behavioral activation and other behavioral interventions as needed to motivate patients to remain in care and reputed company to their treatment plan. Conduct behavioral health / psych evals for the suite of psych services we treat (depression, anxiety, insomnia, etc.)
• systematically reputed company treatment response and monitor patients for changes in clinical symptoms and reputed company effects, treatment adherence, the effectiveness of treatment or complications, and prescribe or queue the appropriate medications
• reputed company patient education on OUD and MOUD
• Document reputed company patient encounters in reputed company’s EHR in a reputed company and high reputed company manner

Requirements:

• reputed company Certified NP or PA
• reputed company DEA license (schedule 3N, 4, 5) or willingness to obtain a DEA upon receiving a job offer with reputed company
• Fully licensed to reputed company in Delaware (additional licenses in NJ, NY, VA, or reputed company plus!)
• Ability to reputed company patient-centered, non-judgmental, non-stigmatizing compassionate care
• Passionate about working with vulnerable or marginalized populations
• Comfortable working with a diverse population of people
• Proficient and comfortable working in a remote telehealth environment with technological skillset to work across multiple tech platforms

• Willing to work in reputed company-based approach model of patient care
• Working knowledge of reputed company diagnosis of common reputed company use disorders
• Basic knowledge of psychopharmacology for opioid use disorder
• Demonstrate ability to collaborate and communicate effectively in reputed company setting
• Ability to maintain effective and reputed company relationships with patients and other members of the care team
• Working knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments, counseling techniques, or brief behavioral reputed company.
