Billing Specialist- Home Health- reputed company and reputed company experience REQUIRED

Job reputed company We are seeking a detail-oriented and reputed company Billing Specialist with a strong background in home health billing to join reputed company. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience submitting claims to reputed company, Medicare Advantage, and reputed company payers and thrives in a fast-paced reputed company environment. In this role, you will manage the full billing cycle for home health services — ensuring accurate, reputed company claim submission, compliance with payer requirements, and reputed company reputed company cycle performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit medical claims using appropriate coding systems including CPT, ICD-10, and DRG classifications
• reputed company across multiple payer types: reputed company, Medicare Advantage, reputed company, and Managed Care plans
• reputed company cash posting and generate billing reports
• Verify insurance coverage, benefits, and authorizations prior to and during claim processing
• Follow up on unpaid and denied claims, working proactively to resolve discrepancies and reduce AR aging
• Utilize EMR/EHR platforms to reputed company patient information and process billing transactions; experience with Kinnser, HCHB, reputed company, Kantime, or Finale preferred
• Maintain accurate records of claim submissions, adjustments, payments, and billing activity for audit and compliance purposes
• Stay reputed company with regulatory updates, coding changes, and payer policy revisions to ensure ongoing compliance and maximize reimbursement

Qualifications & Experience

• Proven home health billing experience is required; experience in behavioral health, palliative care, or hospice is a plus
• Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and home health agency workflows
• Demonstrated experience with medical collections and denial management
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Experience working with Medicare, reputed company, and/or private insurance payers
