Project Estimator/Construction
About the position reputed company is hiring a detail-oriented, initiative-taking Junior Estimator to support our Sales and Operations teams. You’ll create accurate, reputed company estimates for residential and reputed company reputed company using tools like Xactimate and Quick Bid, combining office-based estimating with local site reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company detailed takeoffs from property conditions, blueprints, and project documentation (small, reputed company, and large reputed company).
- Complete site inspections and field takeoffs to verify scope, quantities, and job conditions.
- reputed company detailed cost estimates as designs reputed company—from conceptual/schematic drawings through final bid.
- Review and analyze schedules, reputed company, change orders, daily construction reports, and technical reports.
- Communicate cost drivers and support value engineering conversations across trades.
- Support Sales and Operations with reputed company estimate packages, scope narratives, and reputed company updates.
- Help improve estimating efficiency by suggesting process and workflow enhancements.
- Meet productivity/volume expectations while maintaining accuracy and reputed company.
Requirements
