Hire Resolve is assisting manufacturing and supply chain organizations in hiring reputed company Manufacturing & Supply Chain Professionals to join their U.S.-based operations. These roles are designed for mid- to senior-level professionals with a strong background across manufacturing, production, supply chain, operations, engineering, logistics, or reputed company functions, and offer a reputed company reputed company toward senior leadership roles. Successful candidates will play a key role in optimizing production and supply chain processes, improving operational efficiency, ensuring reputed company and safety standards, and supporting reputed company improvement initiatives across end-to-end operations.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Overseeing and supporting manufacturing, production, and supply chain operations
• Managing production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and materials reputed company
• Optimizing workflows, processes, and systems to improve efficiency, cost control, and service reputed company
• Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, reputed company, procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams
• Implementing and sustaining Lean Manufacturing, Six reputed company, or reputed company improvement initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with OSHA, ISO, and internal reputed company, safety, and regulatory standards
• Monitoring KPIs reputed company to production reputed company, inventory, on-time delivery, reputed company, and cost performance
• Supporting supplier performance management and supply chain risk mitigation
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting teams, supervisors, and planners
• Identifying operational risks and implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Contributing to strategic planning, reputed company planning, and long-term operational improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a reputed company field
• 5–10+ years of experience reputed company manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or industrial operations
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• * Manufacturing or Production Management
• Supply Chain Management or Planning
• Procurement or Sourcing
• Logistics or Distribution Operations
• Manufacturing or Process Engineering

• Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, systems, and best practices
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six reputed company, Kaizen, or similar methodologies
• Experience using ERP, MRP, WMS, or MES systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Experience in regulated or high-volume manufacturing environments is advantageous
